Sales Representative – Bekaa Region

About MAFCO
MAFCO is a Beirut-based distribution and trading company for automotive products. We are the exclusive agent in Lebanon for several global brands, including Prestone, the world's No. 1 antifreeze. We serve around 1,500 mechanic shops nationwide through our team of sales agents and our retail shop in Dora.
The role
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven sales rep to own the Bekaa region. You will manage around 300 existing customers end to end: visiting them, taking orders, delivering products, and collecting payments. It's an established territory with real room to grow.
What you'll do
- Visit customers across Bekaa regularly to promote our products and take orders, driving a company van
- Pick up stock weekly from our Dora office and deliver it to your customers
- Collect payments and hand them in at our Dora office
- Grow the territory by opening new accounts and increasing sales to existing ones
- Work with the General Manager on ideas to expand the business, such as marketing campaigns and promotions
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive spare parts, hardware, or a similar field
- Based full time in Bekaa (Chtaura, Zahle, or surrounding areas)
- A proven track record of holding significant sales responsibilities at companies in Lebanon
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- A valid Lebanese driving license that covers a minivan
- Trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling cash and working independently
- Open-minded and collaborative
- A bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is a plus
