Role Description The Sales Representative role at MTS International – MTS Integrated Engineering & MTSH & MCE is a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present tailored solutions that align with customer needs across contracting, mobility, energy, and digital infrastructure. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery commitments. The role also involves tracking sales activities in CRM tools, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and contributing to sales forecasts and reports to support business planning.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, account management, and customer relationship building, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain technical solutions in clear, business-focused language.
- Experience with basic sales administration, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and use of CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Solid understanding of or interest in contracting, mobility, energy, and digital infrastructure markets in Egypt and the wider region.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales and business development.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment, with willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, along with basic digital literacy (email, office software, online collaboration tools).
