Role Description The Sales Representative role is a full-time hybrid position based in Giza, with a mix of on-site customer visits and work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions, as well as conducting regular field visits and follow-ups. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The Sales Representative will also prepare sales reports, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and product launches. This position requires consistent professionalism, effective communication, and adherence to industry and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
* Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products or the healthcare sector, with the ability to learn and explain technical information clearly.
* Good organizational, time-management, and planning abilities to manage a sales territory and meet targets.
* Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software) and remote communication platforms.
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is an advantage but not strictly required for strong entry-level candidates.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model, travel within Giza and surrounding areas as needed, and maintain a valid driving license if required.
