Sales Manager
8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Key Responsibilities:
‚úì Develop the sales strategy and targets in line with company objectives
‚úì Prepare annual, semi-annual, and quarterly sales plans and the sales budget
‚úì Lead the sales team and assign targets and accounts
‚úì Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly and take corrective action when needed
‚úì Hire, train, and develop sales staff in coordination with HR
‚úì Build strategic relationships with key clients and partners
‚úì Analyze the market and competitors, and identify new growth opportunities
‚úì Approve pricing, discount policies, and price quotations
‚úì Negotiate major contracts and strategic deals
‚úì Coordinate with Marketing and Finance to achieve sales goals and service quality
‚úì Follow up on collections and minimize overdue payments
‚úì Report monthly, quarterly, and annually to senior management, with recommendations
‚úì Represent the company at events and exhibitions to attract new clients and partners
Requirements:
‚úì Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Sales or Marketing major); MBA is a plus
‚úì Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market, competitors, and market trends
‚úì Proven track record of hitting targets and growing revenue
‚úì Strong leadership and team-management skills
‚úì Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills
‚úì Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data-analysis tools
‚úì Excellent command of English
‚úì Completed or exempted from military service (for males)
⭐ Nice to have: Previous experience selling web design, mobile app development, and digital marketing services
