üíº Position: Sales Executive ‚Äì Ladies Fashion/Abaya/Garments
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in ladies' boutiques, ladies' fashion, abaya shops, or garment retail to join our team in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote ladies' fashion, abayas, garments, and other products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the shop is well presented.
- Assist with stock checking, product arrangement, and inventory-related activities.
- Handle billing and payments when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and new products.
- Support the team with day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a ladies' boutique, ladies' fashion store, abaya shop, or garment shop is required.
- Good knowledge of ladies' fashion and garment products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, and presentable.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Candidates with UAE retail sales experience will be an advantage.
