Sales Executive – Events & AV

Confident approaching clients and securing business? ITS is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to bring in new clients and drive sales for our Events & Audio-Visual services.
Your Role
• Find new clients across corporate companies, hotels, venues, event organisers, educational institutions and agencies.
• Present ITS’s event production services and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with our technical team for quotations.
• Follow up enquiries, secure bookings and hand over requirements to our operations team.
• Build lasting client relationships, generate repeat business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Generate leads through client visits, direct outreach, networking and referrals.
• Maintain sales records and provide daily progress updates.
What You’ll Need
‚úÖ Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience; 2+ years preferred.
‚úÖ Events, AV, hospitality, entertainment or equipment rental experience is an advantage.
‚úÖ Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into sales.
‚úÖ Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
‚úÖ Knowledge of the Oman market; an existing client network is a strong advantage.
‚úÖ Good English; Arabic is a plus.
‚úÖ Excel skills.
‚úÖ Valid Oman driving licence and access to a car required.

• Salary based on experience, plus sales commission.
• Company visa sponsorship, subject to applicable approvals.
• Monthly performance reviews against sales targets, with a salary review after the 3 month probation period.
