Role Description the Sales Engineer will work on-site new industrial area-in Zone 51 in a full-time capacity, serving as a key technical and commercial contact for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and recommending suitable building material solutions aligned with project specifications. The role involves managing the sales cycle, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms to secure orders. The Sales Engineer will provide ongoing technical support, coordinate with internal teams to resolve product or application issues and maintain accurate records of activities in CRM or similar systems. Regular visits to project sites, close collaboration with consultants and contractors, and participation in product training and market development initiatives are central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting product applications and advising on installation and maintenance best practices.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales, including pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and closing deals in a construction or building materials context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Materials, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Familiarity with cementitious and chemical building products, or strong willingness and ability to learn product lines quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Zone 51, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to project-based schedules.
- Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools; valid driving license is preferred.
