Role Description The Sales Engineer role at UNIVAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand technical requirements, recommend suitable products, and prepare quotations and proposals. Daily tasks include providing technical support on valves, fittings, flanges, and pipeline systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role involves conducting product presentations, responding to customer inquiries, following up on opportunities, and supporting contract negotiations. The Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and help strengthen UNIVAL’s position with current and prospective clients.
