Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrakesh, responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts in the region. This role oversees daily sales operations, sets revenue targets, and manages key accounts across leisure, corporate, and group segments. The Sales Director coordinates with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to develop packages, promotions, and partnership opportunities that drive occupancy and revenue. Routine tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, conducting sales visits and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. The role also involves mentoring and guiding the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated capability in Team Management, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Expertise in Business Development, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Previous experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably in resort or hotel environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
