Role Description The Sales Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, This position is responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and developing custom closet and storage designs that align with their space, style, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-home or showroom consultations, creating design proposals and layouts, preparing quotations, and presenting solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner. The Sales Designer will manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing, coordinate with production and installation teams, and ensure accurate measurements and detailed design specifications. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and contributing to showroom presentation and merchandising.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively consult with clients, understand their needs, and provide a positive experience.
* Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design skills to create functional, attractive, and customized storage solutions.
* Sales skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle, convert leads into orders, and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Ability to read and create basic design plans, layouts, or drawings using design software or manual methods.
* Detail-oriented approach to measurements, specifications, and follow-through with production and installation teams.
* Comfort working in an on-site showroom environment and conducting in-person client consultations.
* Prior experience in interior design, cabinetry, closets, or home improvement is preferred.
* High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
