A newly established company in the Paints & Coatings industry is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team.
🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field. * Previous experience or strong knowledge in Civil Engineering / Construction. * Strong sales and communication skills – sales experience is a must. * Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow. * Good knowledge of the paints, coatings, and construction materials* market is a plus.
