Role Description The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut. This position supports sales and marketing activities by coordinating campaigns, preparing sales materials, and maintaining product information for printers, MFPs, and sublimation printers. Day-to-day tasks include assisting sales representatives with quotations and proposals, tracking leads and opportunities, and updating CRM or sales tracking tools. The coordinator helps execute marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional events, and gathers market feedback to refine strategies. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and consistent brand messaging.
