Job Summary
PMP-certified professional with over 15 years of experience in regional operations management, project and portfolio management, and business transformation across healthcare data, telecommunications, banking, and IT sectors. Proven expertise in managing multimillion-dollar operations and projects, optimizing costs, improving processes, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, budgeting, monitoring, and delivery.
- Oversee multimillion-dollar project portfolios, technology implementations, and systems integration initiatives.
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee operational support functions, including facilities, HR coordination, IT, HSE, and business continuity.
- Implement governance frameworks, risk management practices, and performance monitoring.
- Support digital transformation and ESG initiatives to enhance sustainability and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business transformation.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing regional operations, technology projects, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Arabic (Native), English (Fluent), and French (Fair).
