You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our server and network architecture, supporting a large user base, and driving our digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires a "full-stack" infrastructure mindset—someone comfortable configuring a Domain Controller, terminating fiber cables, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, and analyzing system logs for root-cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

- Network Operations: Manage enterprise networks including TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Firewalls (specifically Mikrotik). Oversee structured cabling (Fiber, Cat5/6) and hardware installation.
- Cloud & Email Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, including Exchange Server administration and user permission management.
- Security & Backup: Oversee backup/recovery management, off-site data archiving, log monitoring, and data protection policies to ensure system integrity.
- Multi-Site Support: Support 100+ users across multiple locations (local and international), ensuring secure remote access and reliable connectivity.
- Vendor & Project Management: Coordinate with technology vendors, participate in IT modernization projects, and prepare technical documentation and reports for management.
- Telephony & Physical Security: Maintain IP Telephony/PBX systems, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Communication Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networks & Telecommunications.
- Experience: Minimum of 8–9 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network support.
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent; Cyber Security certifications are a plus.
- Technical Stack:
- OS: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
- Networking: Mikrotik, VPN, VLAN, Firewall configuration.
- Cloud: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange.
- Coding: Basic proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML5, PHP, or JavaScript (for scripting/automation).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, capacity for root-cause analysis, and the ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (French is an asset).
Preferred Traits:
- Experience working in aviation, engineering, or retail sectors (multi-branch operations).
- Ability to work independently and handle "cabling to cloud" troubleshooting.
- Experience with digital transformation projects and IT modernization.
