About the Role
NN RENT A CAR is looking for Sales Representative who can turn customer inquiries into confirmed bookings, negotiate effectively, and generate revenue. We need someone confident in selling, following up with leads, handling objections, and closing deals, not simply answering customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate rates and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience in the car rental industry is an advantage.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 08:00 AM–5:00 PM — Onsite.
- Saturday: 08:00 AM–3:00 PM — Onsite in Antelias, on a rotational basis.
- After 3:00 PM on Saturday and on Sunday: Remote coverage on rotation.
Compensation: Fixed salary of USD 1,000 + commission.
