Role Description
You will be the main contact for our customers and business partners ensuring a smooth experience from application through to closure.
Key responsibilities
• Generate leads and build relationships with business partners
• Handle application intake: documents, KYC data and eligibility checks
• Prepare loan documents, carry out field visits
• Handle early-stage collections
• Keep loan records in the core banking system accurate and complete
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing or a related field
• 2–4 years in credit administration, loan operations, sales, customer acquisition or relationship management at a bank, finance company or insurance company
• Good knowledge of consumer lending, KYC and digital onboarding
• Strong communication skills, a focus on customers, and close attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Fluent Arabic and English; French is a plus
