Role Description The Preschool Teacher at BESGB is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for young learners. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering lessons, implementing age-appropriate activities, and supporting children’s social and emotional development through positive guidance. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to align classroom practices with school standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing classroom materials, maintaining orderly and welcoming learning spaces, and participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
