Role Description The Assistant Store Manager Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in Achrafieh. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising sales floor activities, guiding team members to meet sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines. The Assistant Store Manager helps monitor inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and follows procedures that reduce loss and protect store assets. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, assisting in staff scheduling and training, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and performance.

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to a positive in-store experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Store Management capabilities, including supervising daily operations, supporting staff, and helping achieve sales and performance goals.
- Retail Loss Prevention awareness, with the ability to follow and enforce procedures that minimize shrinkage and protect merchandise.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail environments, ideally in a supervisory or senior sales role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accountability for results.
- Ability to work on-site in Achrafieh on a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
