Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and growing Unyva’s wholesale business across Egypt. The role will focus on developing strong customer relationships, expanding the wholesale network, achieving sales and collection targets, and identifying new business opportunities across different markets and territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Unyva’s wholesale accounts and customer network across Egypt.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand coverage in Cairo, Delta, Upper Egypt, and other key markets.
- Build strong long-term relationships with wholesalers, distributors, traders, and key customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Identify new customers, territories, and opportunities for business growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prices, promotions, and agreements within company guidelines.
- Regularly visit customers and markets to understand sales performance, competition, pricing, and market trends.
- Monitor customer stock levels and coordinate orders to ensure product availability.
- Follow up closely on collections, outstanding payments, and customer credit.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, account updates, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or related industries.
- Previous experience managing wholesale accounts, distributors, or traditional trade is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale market and customer network in Egypt.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of sales operations, customer credit, and collections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and territories.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned markets.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
