About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across professional photography, videography, and electronics solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling end-to-end commercial negotiations and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strong, long term relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts while actively pursuing new business leads.
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and close sales agreements in line with business targets.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and deliver periodic forecasts and performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Resolve client challenges efficiently while maintaining positive, professional relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or account management (experience in electronics, professional equipment, or distribution is a strong plus).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and spot business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
