Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with VirtuWa’s virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. The Sales Account Manager will follow up on opportunities, coordinate with technical and support teams to address customer needs, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. This role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales forecasts, and representing VirtuWa at relevant events and meetings.
Qualifications
- * Strong account management skills, including experience maintaining and growing customer relationships.
- Proven ability in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on responsive, solutions-oriented support.
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline development within B2B technology or cloud services.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Background in sales or business development, preferably in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or virtualization.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Saudi and MENA market dynamics and regional regulatory considerations is an advantage.
