- Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified Safety Engineer (Saudi Only) to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across villa construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure a safe working environment, compliance with applicable regulations, and implementation of company HSE standards.
- Requirements
- Saudi (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably in villa or residential building projects.
- NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance.
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
