As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping these systems running and delivering exceptional performance for our customers.
Why this role mattersAs a Robotics Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Exotec's advanced robotic solutions across multiple customer sites in the Venlo and Venray area. Through your expertise and problem-solving skills, you will ensure maximum system availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll DoMaintain highly automated robotic systems
- Keep our Skypod® system, robots, conveyors and related equipment running at peak performance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues.
Ensure operational excellence
- * Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support continuous reliability improvements.
Support installation and expansion projects
- * Assist with the deployment of new systems and equipment.
- Participate in upgrades and optimization initiatives across customer sites.
Deliver outstanding customer support
- * Build strong relationships with on-site customer teams.
- Respond quickly to technical issues and emergency situations when required.
- Support customer training and contribute to an exceptional service experience.
What To ExpectShift pattern: Primarily flexible day shifts, with approximately 20-25% morning or afternoon shifts
Travel expectations: Regular travel between customer sites in the Venlo and Venray area

RequirementsTechnical skills
- * 1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, robotics or a similar technical environment
- Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of automation, software, mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work hands-on in an operational environment
Personal Skills
- * Strong problem-solving mindset
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good level of spoken English
Nice to have
- * Experience working with automated systems, conveyors or robotics
- Technical education in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field
