- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Provide customers with accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with hotels, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and follow company procedures.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in hotel reservations, travel, tourism, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems is an advantage.
