Salary: AED 6,000 per month, all-inclusive of housing and transportation
Role OverviewCrazy Horse Paris - The Dubai Edition is seeking a highly organized, polished, and commercially aware Reservationist to support reservations, ticketing, guest communication, and nightly seating optimization.
A major part of this role will be helping prepare the venue for each evening's operation by reviewing the room layout, seating zones, and reservation list, then assisting the Reservations & Sales Manager in determining the best possible placement of guests within their respective purchased zones.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with both ticketing systems and SevenRooms, have excellent spatial awareness, and be able to look at a room map and quickly determine how different party sizes should be arranged to maximize capacity while maintaining the guest experience.
This role also requires an exceptionally professional and cordial telephone manner. The Reservationist will regularly communicate directly with guests regarding bookings, amendments, seating requests, special occasions, and premium experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesReservations & Ticketing Manage incoming reservations and ticketing enquiries through phone, email, ticketing platforms, SevenRooms, concierge partners, and other approved booking channels.
* Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests accurately.
* Maintain accurate booking information across the relevant ticketing platform and SevenRooms*.
* Ensure guest data is consistent between reservation and ticketing systems.
* Maintain accurate records for:
* Guest names
* Contact information
* Party size
* Ticket category
* Seating zone
* Dietary restrictions and allergies
* VIP status
* Special occasions
* Booking source
* Guest notes and special requests
* Identify discrepancies between systems and correct them before service.
Pre-Shift Room & Seating OptimizationA major responsibility of this position is helping prepare the seating plan for each performance.
- Review the complete reservation list prior to each service.
- Review the theatre seating map and available table configurations.
- Assist the Reservations & Sales Manager in maximizing room capacity and seating efficiency.
- Determine the best seating arrangement for each party based on:
- Purchased seating zone
- Party size
- Available table configurations
- VIP priority
- Guest requests
- Operational requirements
- Be able to visually assess a room layout and understand where different party sizes can be placed most efficiently.
- Optimize placement of 2-tops, 4-tops, larger parties, and combined tables.
- Minimize unusable seats and inefficient gaps between reservations.
- Protect premium inventory while maximizing overall room utilization.
- Ensure guests remain within the correct ticketed seating zones.
- Assist in reorganizing the room when cancellations, last-minute bookings, upgrades, or party-size changes occur.
- Identify seating conflicts before doors open and propose practical solutions.
- Work closely with the Lead Hostess and Reservations & Sales Manager on the final nightly seating plan.
- Ensure the finalized seating plan is clearly communicated to the Hostess and FOH teams.
SevenRooms Management Maintain accurate reservations and guest profiles within SevenRooms*.
* Update guest notes, seating assignments, preferences, VIP status, dietary restrictions, and special occasions.
* Use SevenRooms to support table and seating allocation.
* Ensure last-minute booking changes are immediately reflected in the system.
* Maintain clean and accurate guest profiles to support future visits and personalized service.
* Assist with reservation pacing and inventory management where required.
* Ensure the operational team is working from the most current version of the reservation and seating information.
Guest Communication & Telephone Standards Maintain an extremely professional, polished, warm, and cordial telephone manner* at all times.
* Answer reservation calls confidently and professionally.
* Make guests feel welcomed from their first interaction with the venue.
* Explain ticket categories, seating zones, show formats, arrival times, dinner experiences, beverage options, VIP products, and venue policies clearly.
* Handle seating requests tactfully without promising specific tables or positions that cannot be guaranteed.
* Manage booking amendments and guest concerns calmly and professionally.
* Handle difficult or demanding guests with patience and discretion.
* Escalate sensitive or complex situations to the Reservations & Sales Manager when appropriate.
* Maintain excellent written communication through email and messaging channels.
* Ensure communication reflects the premium positioning of Crazy Horse Paris - The Dubai Edition.
Sales & Upselling
- * Identify opportunities to upgrade guests into higher-value ticket categories and premium experiences.
- Support sales of premium seating, dinner experiences, VIP products, and the Crazy Suite.
- Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed bookings wherever possible.
- Follow up on incomplete enquiries or potential bookings where appropriate.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current availability, ticket categories, pricing, and packages.
- Understand the commercial value of each seating zone and protect premium inventory appropriately.
Nightly Operational Handover
- * Prepare the reservation information required for nightly operations.
- Ensure the FOH team receives a complete and accurate handover before doors open.

- Hotel and concierge bookings
- Management guests
- Special occasions

- Communicate last-minute changes immediately to the appropriate operational team members.
- Work closely with the Lead Hostess during guest arrival to resolve seating or reservation issues where necessary.
VIP & Special Guest Coordination
- * Identify and correctly flag VIP and premium guests.
- Coordinate with FOH management regarding VIP arrivals and special requirements.
- Ensure premium seating and Crazy Suite bookings are accurately documented.
- Support special occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and celebrations.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling VIP and high-profile guests.
Partner & Trade Reservations
- * Assist with bookings received from hotels, concierges, DMCs, OTAs, travel partners, and corporate partners.
- Ensure partner bookings are attributed to the correct source.
- Understand allocations and ticket inventory provided to commercial partners.
- Escalate rate, commission, contractual, or allocation questions to the Reservations & Sales Manager.
Reporting & Administration
- * Assist with nightly reservation reporting.
- Track booking activity, amendments, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate booking-source information.
- Support reporting on seating utilization and room capacity.
- Monitor reservation patterns and identify opportunities to improve seating efficiency.
- Ensure complimentary and promotional bookings are appropriately recorded and authorized.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and appropriate data-handling standards.

Candidate Profile Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reservations, ticketing, restaurants, hotels, hospitality, entertainment venues, or similar environments.
* Previous experience using SevenRooms is strongly preferred.
* Previous experience with ticketing systems is required.
* Comfortable working simultaneously across reservation and ticketing platforms.
* Strong ability to read and understand room layouts, seating maps, table configurations, and reservation lists.
* Excellent spatial awareness and ability to determine efficient seating arrangements.
* Experience with table management or dynamic seating is highly desirable.
* Ability to think quickly when handling cancellations, last-minute bookings, upgrades, and changes in party size.
* Exceptional telephone etiquette and guest communication skills.
* Must be extremely professional, cordial, patient, and polished when speaking with guests.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Additional languages are an advantage.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong sales instincts and ability to upsell premium experiences naturally.
* Comfortable communicating with VIP and international clientele.
* Able to work effectively under pressure immediately before guest arrival.
* Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements.
* UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
* Candidate must be comfortable with a monthly salary of AED 6,000 all-inclusive of housing and transportation*.
What Success Looks LikeA successful Reservationist can look at a full reservation list and a theatre map and immediately begin solving the seating puzzle.
Before doors open, every party should be placed in the most appropriate position within their purchased zone, unnecessary gaps should be minimized, premium inventory should be protected, VIP requirements should be understood, and the Hostess team should have a clear and accurate seating plan.
- At the same time, every guest who contacts the venue should experience professional, warm, and polished service from the very first phone call.
