The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption of Intersec's Early Warning and Public Alerting solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the role focuses on developing strategic relationships with governments, civil protection agencies, emergency management authorities, telecom operators, and regulators throughout the region.

Responsibilities
- Build and develop C-level relationships with government agencies and telecommunications operators.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiations, and closing. Identify regional opportunities for multi-hazard early warning infrastructure.
- Develop tailored value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Promote Cell Broadcast, location-based SMS alerting, and mass notification technologies.
- Contribute to the company's regional product and go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor commercial performance through KPIs and executive reporting.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for complementary civil protection solutions.
- Increase Intersec's brand awareness across new accounts and strategic stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of enterprise B2B/B2G sales experience within Government and Telecommunications
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success closing deals exceeding USD $1M.
- Experience selling SaaS, subscription, and licensed software solutions.
- Telecommunications industry expertise (Core Network, Radio, CRM, VAS Platforms).
- Strong business case development and value-based selling skills.
- Market research and competitive analysis.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Availability to travel
- Advanced English is required. Arabic is a strong plus.
