Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist will maintain job postings, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, updating recruitment reports and metrics, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. The role also includes assisting with training coordination and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
