Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout sorting, grading, packing, storage, and export operations.
Conduct inspections and quality assessments for fresh produce, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and international export requirements.
Implement and supervise quality control procedures in packing houses and cold storage facilities.
Coordinate with production, operations, and export teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and export regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control within fresh produce sorting, packing, and export operations.
Strong knowledge of international quality standards, food safety systems, and export requirements.
Experience with packing house operations and cold chain management.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Good command of English.
