Role Description The Property Consultant role at Incomercial.egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will manage client relationships, understand client requirements, and present suitable commercial property options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves monitoring market trends, maintaining an updated property portfolio, and following up with prospects to close deals. The Property Consultant is expected to uphold professional standards, meet sales targets, and represent the company in a consistent and ethical manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with a solid understanding of the local commercial property market.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and provide clear guidance.
Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing abilities.
Relevant experience in commercial real estate or property consulting in Egypt is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic office software and online listing platforms; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is beneficial for working with diverse clients.
