Key Responsibilities
• Predict and manage the resources required to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Manage site activities and ensure work is executed according to the project scope, approved budget, baseline schedule, and resource requirements.
• Track and control project costs to ensure delivery within budget.
• Monitor project schedules and work plans and update them when required.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and suppliers, including task assignment and expected deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution.
• Develop and manage project scope and objectives in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks while maintaining and monitoring the project risk matrix.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in site management, including a minimum of 7 years in PV Site Project Management.
• Proven experience managing at least two projects with a minimum capacity of 50 MWp, connected to the HV network.
• Experience with a project connected to the Jordanian Transmission Grid is preferred.
• Experience with FIDIC, preferably the Silver Book.
