Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Buhayrah, Egypt. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, supervising site activities, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager tracks progress, prepares status reports, handles risk and issue mitigation, and ensures that materials, equipment, and inspections are planned and completed on time. This role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders, supporting problem-solving on site, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
* Candidates should possess experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
* Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality control, verifying that work meets safety, regulatory, and technical standards.
* Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, including organizing material flows, site deliveries, and resource allocation.
* Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred.
* Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, with knowledge of local building codes and safety practices, is highly beneficial.
* Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively on site and under time constraints.
* Proficiency with project management tools and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation is an advantage.
