Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations, maintenance, and support services in line with the contract scope and agreed service levels.
- Lead the project team, allocate manpower, and monitor the performance of supervisors, technical teams, and operational staff.
- Develop and oversee work plans and preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Manage the project budget, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Oversee suppliers and subcontractors to ensure service quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety requirements and oversee risk management and emergency planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, operations, and maintenance, including at least 3 years in project management.
- Proven experience managing large workforces, preferably 300 personnel or more.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, performance monitoring, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- PMP or CFM certification and experience managing facilities management projects in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
