Project Manager
Does your heart beat faster for product development in high-tech? At Looper Engineering we are looking for a Project Manager for a client in the Brainport region that produces complex opto-mechanical systems. You guide customer projects from order to successful delivery, act as the link between the customer and the internal organisation, and make sure projects run predictably on quality, logistics, technology and cost.
The role
- Location: Brainport region around Eindhoven.
- Hours: 40 per week, full time.
- Salary: competitive, indicatively between €4,800 and €6,500 gross per month depending on experience.
What you will do
- Lead customer projects from quotation and order phase through production and delivery.
- Define, monitor and deliver the agreed QLTC objectives together with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across production, supply chain, quality and engineering.
- Manage planning, risks, changes and customer expectations throughout the project cycle.
- Drive successful execution and resolve operational and technical challenges.
What you bring
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- Experience in project management within a high-tech production, mechatronics or systems environment.
- Affinity with production processes and operational project execution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect stakeholders.
- A pragmatic, hands-on and results-driven attitude.
- A good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
