Role Description:
The Program Manager GCC is a part-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of executive education and leadership development programmes. This role manages end-to-end programme lifecycles, including curriculum scheduling, faculty and facilitator coordination, participant communications, and logistics such as venues, materials, and technology.
The Program Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality learning experiences, monitors program performance, and implements continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing timelines and budgets, preparing program documentation, supporting client relationships, and ensuring alignment with ASPIRE’s strategic goals and quality standards.
The role also involves contributing to new program design, supporting marketing and enrollment activities, and maintaining accurate reporting and data for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of education or training initiatives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, corporate clients, participants, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to prepare reports, program materials, and professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and digital platforms used for scheduling, data tracking, virtual collaboration, and learning delivery.
- Background in executive education, corporate training, or higher education administration is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; a graduate degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including occasional extended hours or events as required by program schedules.
