OverviewAs Program Manager, you lead the delivery of innovation and entrepreneurship programs powered by Catalyst. You translate client objectives into structured cohorts, configure the platform, coordinate mentors and partners, and ensure every program produces measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of entrepreneurship and innovation programs from kickoff to closing report.
- Configure Catalyst workspaces, application forms, evaluation pipelines, and cohort journeys per client.
- Coordinate mentors, judges, partners, and internal teams to deliver on agreed milestones.
- Track KPIs, surface risks early, and produce impact and progress reports for clients and donors.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for program clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- * 3–5+ years managing entrepreneurship, accelerator, or innovation programs.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple cohorts in parallel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms; ability to configure tools and templates independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
