As a Productivity Buyer, you’ll work with site and commodity teams to improve purchasing performance and deliver productivity actions within budget targets. Expect negotiations, coordination and the occasional spreadsheet with more tabs than expected.

Your mission as Productivity Buyer ü§ùüìä
- Build and deliver productivity plans: define and implement materials productivity actions through technical, re-sourcing, logistics and VPS levers, in collaboration with the segment organization and in line with budget requirements.
- Develop the productivity reservoir: maintain a pipeline of opportunities to support the site’s purchasing objectives.
- Support site negotiations: work with Segment Leaders to help the commodity organization achieve site negotiation targets.
- Drive supplier involvement: lead material productivity actions with the MSC and engage suppliers to deliver results within budget timelines.
- Manage assigned supplier relationships: act as Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for designated suppliers when their relationships are not covered by the Group Commodity organization.
- Apply purchasing standards: implement PG/PL worldwide materials standards at site level and follow V5000 Supplier Integration requirements, including certifications, procedures, purchasing tools and information systems.
- Build budgets and implement mitigation plans: prepare the site purchasing budget with the Site Purchasing Manager and Segment Leaders, and implement mitigation actions at site level.
- Ensure logistics coverage: make sure logistics protocols cover all bought-out parts.
- Monitor performance: track shared and scope-specific Purchasing Index results, supplier rationalization, the productivity reservoir and quality incidents.
The background we‚Äôre looking for ü´µ
- A Bac+5 degree in an industrial discipline or International Trade.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing.
- Fluency in English and French.
