Production Coordinator
What you'll do
- Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
- Assign tasks with clear owners and deadlines, and track progress throughout the shift
- Follow up on raw materials and packaging with the stores team and suppliers
- Coordinate with branches, dispatch, and quality teams
- Flag delays and risks early, and propose solutions
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Production Manager
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in production coordination or planning, preferably in food manufacturing or bakery
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Persistent, professional follow-up skills
- Strong Arabic and good English
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and a task tool such as Trello, Asana, or Notion
- Calm under pressure, especially during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eids)
- Based in or able to commute to Giza
