About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile applications and website projects, strong UI/UX knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional development teams.
What Will You Do? Product Vision: Define and communicate product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. * Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. * Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX designers to ensure clear communication and effective execution. * User-Centric Design: Apply UI/UX principles and collaborate with design teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. * Agile & Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to support efficient product delivery. * Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. * Testing & Feedback: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather user feedback, and ensure features meet business requirements and acceptance criteria. * Product Performance:* Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
