Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final delivery.
- Design intuitive digital experiences for banking and financial-services products.
- Translate complex business and banking requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.
- Create user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate findings into product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns.
- Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, brand, and regulatory requirements.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall customer and digital banking experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Must have proven experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or a closely related industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.
- Strong knowledge of UX research, user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
- Experience creating and working with design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Riyadh.
