Job Purpose
Procure goods and services required by the company or projects while meeting quality standards, staying within budget, and ensuring timely delivery through effective supplier and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement process by evaluating purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing RFQs to approved suppliers, and ensuring technical and commercial requirements are clearly communicated.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding scope, pricing, and commercial terms; review and compare supplier quotations, and coordinate technical clarifications when required.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, and commercial details.
• Follow up with Material Control regarding Material Receiving Vouchers (MRVs) and support efforts to ensure the timely delivery and receipt of materials.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Cost Control, Finance, and Logistics teams to support alignment of procurement activities with project schedules, delivery timelines, and budget requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving procurement-related discrepancies and support the timely completion of purchasing activities.
• Follow up on required bank guarantees and support the processing of supplier payments in accordance with approved agreements and commercial terms.

Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong background in international sourcing within manufacturing.
Technical competencies:
Advanced sourcing and supplier development.
Contract negotiation and TCO analysis.
Import/export logistics and customs documentation.
ERP system expertise and procurement analytics.
Risk assessment and mitigation in global procurement.
