As an AI Solution Manager at Arabic.AI, you will provide technical oversight, governance, and direction for AI solutions for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. You will partner with AI, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially viable AI solutions that maximize customer value and business growth. The role requires strong hands-on technical capability and the ability to independently assess and resolve technical requirements and solution questions, minimizing unnecessary reliance on the broader technical team.
Acting as the senior technical advisor during strategic opportunities, you will provide technical guidance to the pre-sales function, intervene in complex cases as needed, ensure solution quality, reduce delivery risks, standardize technical approaches, and continuously enhance Arabic.AI's solution offerings and pre-sales capabilities.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesSolution Strategy & Technical Leadership
- Provide technical oversight and direction for complex and strategic enterprise AI opportunities
- Serve as a senior technical advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, providing guidance to AI Solution Engineers and intervening in complex cases as needed
- Review and validate end-to-end AI solution architectures that align customer business objectives with Arabic.AI's capabilities
- Review and validate technical approaches that balance innovation, scalability, implementation feasibility, and commercial value
Technical Discovery & Solution Design
- * Supervise and provide oversight of technical discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, technical environments, and success criteria
- Review business process analysis and validate identified opportunities where AI technologies can deliver measurable value
- Review and validate solution architectures including AI components, data flows, APIs, integrations, deployment models, and operational considerations, particularly for complex cases
Executive Customer Engagement
- * Provide technical oversight and support for technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for enterprise customers, with direct involvement in complex or strategic opportunities as needed
- Provide guidance on presenting complex AI solutions in a clear, business-focused manner to executive and technical stakeholders
- Provide senior technical guidance on architectural, security, and implementation concerns to build customer confidence
Solution Validation & Governance
- * Review and sign off on solution architectures to ensure technical soundness, scalability, security, compliance, and implementation readiness
- Review and validate technical deliverables including solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration documentation, implementation assumptions, effort estimates, and success criteria
- Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational standards, delivery capabilities, and enterprise architecture principles
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before solution approval and proposal submission
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- * Provide technical alignment with AI, Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams to develop customer-centric solutions
- Work closely with the Head of AI to align pre-sales technical strategy, solution approaches, and priorities with the overall AI function strategy and business objectives
- Oversee seamless knowledge transfer from pre-sales to implementation teams
- Provide Product teams with market insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and future capabilities
- Ensure technical solutions align with delivery methodologies to minimize implementation risks and scope changes
Innovation & Continuous Improvement* Oversee the development of reusable reference architectures, proposal templates, demo environments, technical playbooks, and solution assets
* Drive improvements to pre-sales methodologies, documentation standards, and solution engineering processes
* Monitor emerging AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud platforms, and enterprise integration trends
* Recommend new technical capabilities that enhance Arabic.AI's competitive positioning and customer value proposition
Pre-Sales Team Leadership & People Management
- * Provide technical guidance and coaching to AI Solution Engineers and junior pre-sales team members
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the junior pre-sales team, including AI Solution Engineers, and independently address technical inquiries without routinely escalating to the broader technical team
- Review and validate solution designs, technical approaches, proposals, demonstrations, and customer-facing deliverables produced by the pre-sales team to ensure technical quality and consistency
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, support capability development, and manage the performance and growth of direct reports
- Build a technically strong and collaborative pre-sales team by identifying capability gaps, facilitating knowledge sharing, and developing technical expertise across the function
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- Approximately 8 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, AI Engineering, or Enterprise Technology Consulting
- Demonstrated hands-on technical capability with the ability to understand, assess, and explain AI and enterprise technology architectures, including how AI components, data, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and deployment environments work together
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to provide effective technical guidance on complex inquiries, with the confidence to address technical matters independently and engage broader technical teams when required
- Self-starter and initiator with the ability to proactively identify technical requirements, investigate solutions, and drive technical workstreams forward with limited supervision
- Strong technical depth and credibility to operate effectively as a senior pre-sales professional across both AI solution design and broader enterprise technology architecture
- Proven experience designing enterprise AI solutions for medium to large organizations
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise integrations
- Experience with enterprise architecture principles, security frameworks, and solution governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
