About the clinic
Dr. Bachar Reda Dental & Medical Care is a growing dental clinic in Tyre, South Lebanon, offering orthodontics, orofacial pain and full dental rehabilitation (prosthetics, conservative, endodontics, surgery). We are relaunching at full capacity and building a structured, high-quality practice to become a reference in South Lebanon, and we are expanding our team.
The role
We are looking for a versatile, proactive Practice & Operations Assistant to keep our clinical days organized and support the clinic across operations, assistance and marketing. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who makes things happen, in and outside the clinic.
Key responsibilities:
Organize and prepare the doctor's working days.
Manage clinical supplies, stock and orders.
Chairside and general clinical assistance.
Support the team in and outside the clinic.
Marketing and social media: content on clinical cases, campaigns and patient recalls.
Prepare extra-clinical material: presentations of ortho case types, material to hand out to patients, and similar.
What we look for:
Very organized, proactive and trustworthy.
Comfortable juggling clinical support, logistics and content.
An eye for social media and content is a strong plus.
Willing to work in and outside the clinic. This is an on-site role based at our Tyre clinic, with off-site tasks when needed (not limited to Tyre).
Arabic + English.
Nursing or paramedical background (nurse, dental nurse) is a strong plus.
