* As a key leader of the Production & Post Production Studio at AWstreams marketing agency, you will collaborate with each department to produce striking, realistic visual day to day content for our clients' products.

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on, and outstanding member of staff.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature; you need to think outside the box.
We expect the candidate to be proactive, have a "get it done" spirit, and actively participate with the team in daily production & post production tasks.
To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills and an exceptional eye for detail in production and post production.
Responsibilities
* Lead on-site execution during shoots; direct talent/crew and ensure technical quality.
Oversee post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing, VFX & CGI, and quality controlling) and deliverables across formats.
Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, rentals, and replacements.
Supervise internal staff and freelancers; assign work and monitor performance.
Coordinate vendors/suppliers and ensure delivery.
Enforce workflow, approvals, and reporting structures in our project management system.
Attend/translate client briefings into clear production plans and timelines.
Provide frequent reports and escalate issues promptly.
Partner with HR on team performance, training, hiring, and onboarding for the studio.
Must Have
* 10+ years of proven experience in production/post production, including proven experience in a managerial role.
Proven experience in a post production house, or digital marketing/advertising agency.
Excellent skills in photography and videography (B2B mainly).
Mastery of studio lighting setups and video editing.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
Highly creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
Proven experience in AI skills in post production processing.
Nice to Have
* Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, or set design.
Experience in estimating project budget and timelines.
Strong analytical skills for workflow optimization.
