Role Description This full-time Post Producer role at TREND is an on-site position based in El Maadi.
The Post Producer oversees the entire post-production workflow, coordinating with editors, colorists, and sound designers to deliver high-quality video content on schedule. Responsibilities include organizing project assets, supervising video edits and revisions, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring final outputs meet brand and technical standards. The role involves close collaboration with production teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and optimizing processes to keep projects within scope and budget. The Post Producer also contributes to creative problem-solving, quality control, and continuous improvement of post-production practices.
🎯 Qualifications
- Lead the end-to-end post-production workflow, managing the daily schedule for video editors, motion graphics designers, colorists, and sound engineers.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI tools (such as AI-driven editing plugins, automated transcription, generative video/audio, and AI color grading) into the workflow to streamline processes and elevate creative output.
- Hands-on Editing: Jump directly into video editing software when needed to make quick cuts, apply adjustments, finalize timelines, or export urgent deliverables.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, engaging video content tailored for diverse digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X) right on schedule.
- Conduct rigorous Quality Control (QC) on all videos before final export, ensuring technical perfection and alignment with our brand's visual identity.
- Act as the vital link between directors, content creators, and the post team to manage feedback and execute revisions efficiently.
- Oversee data management, digital archiving, and server storage organization.
🎯 Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience managing post-production operations, preferably within digital media networks or creative agencies.
- Solid technical understanding of post-production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and various digital video formats, aspect ratios, and codecs.
