- Support the development and drafting of new policies and legislation in line with local and international best practices
- Review existing policies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Track the implementation of policy initiatives against timelines, budgets, and targets
- Work with government entities, consultants, and other stakeholders, and advise as needed
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or advisory role, ideally with a consulting or project management firm serving government clients
- Hands-on experience in policy development, regulatory work, or legislative drafting
- Good understanding of the UAE regulatory framework; familiarity with Abu Dhabi Government laws and policies is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Genuine interest in improving social outcomes for families and communities
