About the Role:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build your experience in a fast-paced digital environment? As our PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination and operational activities of the Project Management Office, working closely with internal teams, Finance, and external vendors.
From vendor coordination and registration to invoice processing, documentation, and reporting, you’ll play an important role in keeping PMO activities organized, accurate, and moving forward.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Professional Expertise: 0–2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, administration, or a related field.
✅Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
‚úÖ Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to organize, track, and manage data accurately.
‚úÖ Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities, documentation, and follow-ups effectively.
‚úÖ Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
