Summary:The Physical Therapist demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population, while actively contributing to professional and departmental growth and enhancement. The Therapist must possess a minimum of one year of professional experience or have successfully completed all required facility competencies. Furthermore, the Therapist is required to demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to provide age-appropriate care for the patient population served.
