Role Description This is a full-time Photographer role based in Cairo, Egypt with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site assignments with some work-from-home flexibility. The Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots for events, products, people, and locations, ensuring images align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include setting up lighting and equipment, capturing high-quality images, and editing and retouching photos using professional software. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and operations teams to understand project requirements, deliver assets on schedule, and maintain an organized archive of digital files. The Photographer will also stay updated on industry trends, propose new visual concepts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s visual content.
Qualifications
* Strong technical photography skills, including experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and studio/on-location shooting.
* Proficiency in photo editing and retouching using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
* Demonstrated creative vision, composition skills, and attention to detail in building visual stories that support brand and project goals.
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients, models, and cross-functional teams in a professional manner.
* Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage digital asset libraries.
* Relevant experience in commercial, event, portrait, or product photography; a professional portfolio showcasing recent work is required.
* Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including on-site shoots in Cairo and remote post-production work from home.
* Preferred: Degree or formal training in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field, and familiarity with basic video shooting or editing.
