Role Description The Pharmacist role at Re3aya Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Pharmacist will dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately, provide patient counseling on proper use, side effects, and interactions, and support medication adherence and safety. Daily tasks include reviewing prescriptions, checking for potential contraindications, advising on weight management, metabolic health, and nutritional supplements, and guiding patients on skin, hair, and general wellness products. The role also involves maintaining proper stock levels, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards, documenting interventions, and contributing to a professional, supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication safety.
* Skills in patient counseling, communication, and health education, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription review, dispensing, dosage calculations, and documentation.
* Competence in managing OTC medications, nutritional supplements, and wellness products, including appropriate recommendations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced community pharmacy setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with the team.
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution; valid pharmacist license/registration in Egypt.
* Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and basic computer skills.
* Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and high standards of patient care.
