The Role: People & Culture InternLooking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and People & Culture?We’re looking for a motivated People & Culture Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship and gain practical exposure across different areas of HR.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, eager to learn, and interested in understanding how the employee journey is managed from recruitment and onboarding to day-to-day HR support.
A Day in the Life
- * üë• Recruitment Support: Assist with CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- üìã Onboarding: Support new joiner onboarding, documentation, and employee file preparation.
- üóÇ HR Administration: Help maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documents.
- üìÖ Attendance & Leave: Assist with attendance, leave records, and routine HR follow-ups.
- üí¨ Employee Support: Coordinate with employees on general People & Culture matters.
- üéâ Employee Engagement: Support internal initiatives, team activities, and engagement efforts.
- üìÑ HR Documentation: Assist with preparing letters, reports, forms, and other HR documents.
- ü§ù Team Support: Support the People & Culture team with other related activities as required.
What We’re Looking For
- * Fresh or recent graduate.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proactive with good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Strong written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Interest in Human Resources and People & Culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
